Wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing as this allows staff to easily monitor your vital signs. Blankets and additional water will be provided and it is aked that the patient refrains from wearing make up, perfume or any kind of body fragrance. What is the difference between IV Vitamin Therapy and taking oral vitamins?

When we take vitamins orally, only a small amount of that vitamin is actually absorbed. In fact, due to the acids in our stomach, we actually only consume about 30% of the given vitamin, Merely raising the dosage of vitamins taken orally does not incease the amount our body absorbs due to the absorption capacity of the stomach - it can only take so much. High doses of vitamins can also leave your stomach irritated and sensitive. IV vitamin therapy provides 100% absorption.

Will the treatment hurt?

No, there is no pain felt from IV Therapy. We also use a numbing spray before the needle is placed. While treatment is being administered, patients will be able to sit back and relax. Each IV Vitamin Therapy treatment normally takes 30-40 minutes. Booster shots require just a 10-minute appointment.
